At this time we are only shipping within the United States.
Most items are shipped 3-5 business days via USPS. Your patience would be greatly appreciated as I am only one person managing, packaging and shipping all of the items. Once shipped, arrival time depends on location of the delivery and other postal service factors Fluent In Play Therapy cannot account for. Fluent In Play Therapy is also not responsible for any stolen packages, please be sure you submit a safe delivery address and communicate with your local carrier about any specific delivery requests. Once an item shows as delivered we are unable to acquire additional information in most cases and are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
In addition, the customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to Fluent In Play Therapy due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. Please email me directly and as soon as possible if you notice you entered the wrong address.
